Corporate Culture
Values that aren't put into practice are just words on a wall. The four principles below map directly to the actions we take in practice.
Quality First
Every data point on a quality certificate must come from that batch's inspection records. We would rather reject an order than issue a certificate that doesn't match the product.
Do What You Say
Delivery dates are based on production capacity and vessel schedules. Feasible lead times are verified before production planning, and once committed, progress is tracked step by step through to loading.
Work Alongside the Customer
We get involved early in the project—during material selection and standard confirmation—identifying potential problem areas before the quotation is issued.
A Long-Term Approach
Export business relies on repeat purchases, not one-off deals. Our customers' technical requirements help us improve our production and document control.
Four Principles in Action
| Principle | Practical Approach | How It's Verified |
|---|---|---|
| Quality First | Quality certificate data is drawn from batch inspection records—no templates used | Request the original inspection records for any batch |
| Do What We Say | Realistic lead times are confirmed before production and tracked through to loading once committed | Contract dates are compared against actual shipment dates |
| Shared Responsibility with the Customer | Potential issues (standard differences, tolerances, packaging) are clarified before quoting | Risk advisory clauses in the quotation |
| A Long-Term Approach | Customer technical requirements are added to our product and documentation improvement list | Verify that corrective actions from previous feedback have been implemented |
